Biografie: L I N E A L staat voor energieke alternative rock geïnspireerd door (post)grunge en hardrock uit de jaren ‘90 en ‘00. Bij deze band draait alles om melodieuze zang, memorabele hooks, beukende drums en zware basgrooves. Zo creëren ze stevige rocksongs die opvallen en tegelijkertijd een breed publiek aanspreken. 100% pure en onvervalste rock!
Na de oprichting in 2019 door drummer Martijn en zanger Jip, werd meteen begonnen met het schrijven van materiaal en werden ze later vergezeld door Haico (bas) en Valentijn (gitaar en achtergrondzang) om de vierkoppige line-up compleet te maken. Na het winnen van de publieksprijs tijdens de ‘Grote Prijs van Leusden 2023’, werkt L I N E A L momenteel aan hun debuut-EP.

Baardvader | 22:00 UUR
Baardvader is a fuzzrock three-piece inspired by 70s and 90s bands mixed with stoner elements. A familiar but unique sound presented in a modern way. Formed out of different bands, Baardvader returns to the essence of rock by injecting new energy to the genre.
Definitelifly formed in early 2019 after years of playing in and out of different bands. Baardvader wrote and recorded their self-titled debut in spring and summer of 2019 and made the finishing touches to the album throughout the rest of the year. ‘Baardvader’ was released on January 31st in 2020 and was followed by a small clubtour the two months following the release, which was cut short due to the Covid-9 pandemic.
Shortly after the pandemic hit the band started looking towards the future. During the two year gap the band wrote and recorded their second album ‘Foolish Fires’, finishing the final stages of the record during early 2022. Finally, after two years in the making, ‘Foolish Fires’ was released late 2022. After the release, the band played club shows as part of the Popronde festival in 2022 to be followed with club shows during 2023.
